The first edition of Aquilonia JazzFest came to a successful close on 10 August. It was an event that gave the public unforgettable evenings of refined sounds and unique atmospheres. Talented musicians and signature meetings enlivened the village, blending tradition and experimentation.

Artistic director Antonio Onorato received thanks from the municipal administration andt the mayor, who acknowledged the passion and commitment that allowed the Aquilonian musician to build a bridge between the past and the future, creating an event that will remain in everyone’s hearts.

Onorato replied to this tribute with the following words::

“With heartfelt gratitude, I wish to thank each and every one of you for making this unforgettable edition of the Aquilonia JazzFest possible. Its success is the fruit of your warmth, your support, and your enthusiastic participation. A special thanks goes to those who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, to the Mayor and the entire Administration, and to all who, with their affection, helped make every moment of this festival truly unique.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Aquilonia, for showing how the power of jazz and the universal language of music can create a multicultural haven — a place where people come together in one harmonious celebration of the love that only music can express.
Thank you for opening your hearts and proving that, through art, we can overcome every barrier and become one. This is a memory I will cherish forever.

A farewell that already feels like a promise: jazz will return to Aquilonia.
